Refunds and Returns
1. Return Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, you may return the product(s) within 30 days* of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Certain products, such as software licenses, are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received the RA number, please return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product(s) arrive safely.
3. Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product(s) to ensure that they are eligible for a refund. If the product(s) are eligible, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange a product for a different product, please contact our customer service team to request an exchange authorization (EA) number. Once you have received the EA number, please return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and the EA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the product(s) arrive safely. Once we receive your exchange, we will ship the new product to you as soon as possible.
5. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery to request a return authorization (RA) number. Once you have received the RA number, please return the product(s) to us in their original packaging, along with a copy of your invoice and the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. We will inspect the product(s) to confirm the damage or defect, and if confirmed, we will issue a refund or exchange, as applicable. We will also reimburse you for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us.
6. Return Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for products that are not in their original packaging, have been used or damaged, or are not eligible for return for any other reason. If we refuse a return or exchange, we will notify you and return the product(s) to you at your expense.
7. Refunds and Returns for Third-Party Products: If you purchase a third-party product through our website, the terms and conditions of the third-party vendor's refund and return policy will apply. We will provide you with the contact information for the third-party vendor upon request.
8. Refunds and Returns for Digital Products: If you purchase a digital product, such as software or a software license, the terms and conditions of the software vendor's refund and return policy will apply. We will provide you with the contact information for the software vendor upon request. Downloadable content is non-refundable and nonreturnable. When you purchase this item, an electronic code and complete set of instructions will be emailed to you by Astech Cloud Systems Inc., normally within 24 hours after completing your purchase. You will not be shipped a disc or other physical goods. Please ensure to provide the correct email address when placing your order.
